  • An inspiring articulation of your ideal future self and life, reflecting your deepest values and aspirations.
  • A map representing who you want to be and what kind of life you want to create, beyond current limitations.

  • Reflect Deeply on your history
  • Draft and Condense a map of now and future
  • Integrate it fully into your life

  • Provides profound clarity and purpose
  • Aligns your actions with your core identity.

What It Is: Pomodoro Technique

  • Time management method that uses a timer to break down work into focused intervals.
  • 25 minutes long, separated by short breaks.
  • Each interval is known as a “pomodoro”

  • Select 1 specific task you will work on for the next 25 minutes & Set a Timer.
  • Dedicate yourself entirely to that task until the timer rings.
  • Take a Short Break: a 5-minute break to rest, reset, repeat and for longer “pomodoros”
