As an example, 12 hours of leadership attention per month, about three hours a week, starts around $3,000 per month. Your actual retainer and responsibilities are quoted after we understand the team, decisions, and outcomes you need.
A Diagnostic includes a focused investigation, written findings, and practical direction, usually in about a week. Guided assistance, a custom step-by-step guide, and implementation are quoted separately. TWM may include a small fix when appropriate; it is not a standard implementation package. Fractional work covers technical operations, with responsibilities and availability agreed in writing.
If a Diagnostic needs more time, we agree on the extended scope and price before continuing. Hourly rates for additional work may change over time; we quote the current rate and get your approval before that work begins.
